Information Known by Kindred Society

Lilian Elizabeth O’Brien is the daughter of an Irish businessman and English noblewoman, raised in London and groomed to play the perfect little daughter. She had the finest tutors that her father’s money could buy and was trained in music and theatre as well, at her own request, from the time that she was 7 until she was 17. At 18, she decided to pursue a career in the theatre against the will of both of her parents. It was during a performance that she was spotted by the Kindred that would become her sire. They met personally many nights later and Lilian was Embraced.

Together with her sire, Lili (as she is called by those who know her) traveled the world for five years until her sire decided to settle in Chicago at which time Lili was released to go find her own way in her Requiem. She traveled back to London when her mortal father died shortly thereafter and found that she did not enjoy the unlife of such a large city. Upon the recommendation of her sire, she traveled to the city of Mount Pleasant, Michigan to continue her tutelage with one by the name of Christoff.

Shortly after coming to the city, Lilian decided it was time for her to chose a covenant. She was actively pursued by the Carthian Movement for some time before swearing her oath to the Order of the Dragon. Since her arrival in Mt. Pleasant, Mi , Lilian has been appointed to several positions within the city, including both Master of Elysium (though she preferred the title Keeper) and Prince's Harpy. She is known to take great pleasure in playing hostess as evidenced by the many soirees she has helped to plan since her arrival. It is also common knowledge that her love of the theatre has led her to try and develop the entertainment district of the city.

While her covenant and its ideals are important to her, there is little that she values more than family. Lilian keeps in close contact with her Kindred family and is known to fully embrace the ties of her blood. She is intensely proud to be a member of the Toreador bloodline, and has been known to invite prominent members to her opera house and arranging salons for the bloodline. And while she gets along with most Toreador that she has had the pleasure of meeting, she also harbors an intense dislike for those who do not know her and assume themselves better than her, and takes every chance she can to show them that she has every right to be Toreador.
