Roderick 'Ramrod' Maxwell Stahl arrived in Knoxville, TN in March of 2005. he was a proud 'Unbound' gangrel and an Outlaw Biker looking to make a name for himself.

Bloodline: Ravenscarred (Also speculated to be Bruja)

Notable Traits: Stahl, despite his appearance of lifelike skin, gives off a definate aura of Inhumanity (Humanity 2).

Roderick Maxwell Stahl is covered in tattoos and scars which he keeps hidden under his clothing. The tattoo's are a mix of biker, military, and jailhouse styles. The scars range from bullet wounds to stab wounds, claw marks, and a hand shaped burn on his left chest.

Stahl wears a very distinctive scent, inspired by the russet red hues of cinnamon bark, the fragrance contrasts the effervescence of spices with the balsamic sweetness of amber. The vivid top notes of mandarin accent the opulent heart of clove and woods, both of which rest on the piquant base of musk and resins. Cinnamon provides an exquisite foil for the composition—stripped of its familiar hot sweetness, the note is rendered seductively dark and woody.

Roderick wears sunglasses at all times.

Stahl's Claws of the Wyld are very distinct, like the rest of the Ravenscarred. When activated, Stahl's arm, from the elbow down, cover with eerie jet black crow feathers, and his claws sharpen and lengthen into the razor-like talons of a bird of prey...

  • He has a thing for women's panties.
  • Stahl captured a diablerist in Knoxville, subdued him, and brought him all the way to Atlantic City to be killed, just to see Cardinal DuMont smile.
  • Roderick is rumored to be old friends with Mistress Delilah Moorehead....before they were embraced. They met in France at a brothel, and have stayed intimate friends throughout time.
  • Rod has a new bike, a 1953 Indian Chief. The bike is fully restored, and has a barbed wire motif on the gas tank and fenders, and a stylized Spur Wheel on a part under the headlamp.
  • Roderick rode a 1936 Harley Davidson Knucklehead chopper. It is said that he found the bike as a teenager in a junk yard and restored it himself. He called the bike 'Juanita'.
  • Roderick is rumoured to have gone by the nickname 'Ramrod' for some time, a name given to him by Delilah Moorehead. No one gets a straight answer as to what the nickname means.
  • He is quite the ladies man, and has been seen with numerous different ladies of the Kindred, including Invictus, Crones, and Dragons.
  • He owns a custom chopper shop in Knoxville, and his bikes are works of art.
  • A few Kindred own one of his customs or one of his restored Harley's. It is known that he gifts them to Kindred he feels are worthy of them.
  • Rumored to be protective of a certain daeva friend of his who is often found at Stahl's haven on a full moon
  • It is rumored Roderick fought in Dalton, GA in the battle to capture Cade. It is said that his action there wasn't so spectacular.
  • Roderick is a veteran of Dalton, GA. His deeds weren't as conspicous as others, as he was assigned to defend a Morbus, together the two considerably thinned the ranks of the Lupines defending Cade.
  • Some of Rod's mass of scars are from that battle.
  • Roderick gave Parnellia Perkins $250,000 to start a training school for the Gangrel.
  • Roderick hates riding in cars, preferring to travel just about everywhere on his bike.
  • Rod and the other Kindred of Knoxville fought a human Chess match against the minions of a deranged elder. Rod fought a sorcerer with flaming hands, and lived to tell the tale and show the scar.
  • Roderick has firm control over the biker gangs and street gangs of Knoxville.
  • Stahl directly controls a gang called "Dead Man's Hand", it's members call him "Deadman".

  • He has been seen at court and around Knoxville with Nia White, a Ventrue of the Crone. She and he go for long walks and have quiet discussions while at court. When he collapsed mysteriously a few months ago, she was the first to his side, and showed more than the usual amount of care for him.
  • He has been spotted with Miss Anise, a Daeva of the Dragon of Orlando, FL while on a trip to Tampa. He bought her a car, and the two worked furiously to find an evening to spend together.
  • He was recently seen out with Lady Andreive, of the Guild of Patricians having drinks and holding hands at a fancy restaurant in Knoxville, the Knoxville Museum of Art, and at a local Theatre.
  • In recent weeks, he has been seen riding with a young looking Asian kindred, named Asuka. She appears to be all of about 16 years old, shy, and calls Roderick 'Daddy', and rides a hot pink Ducatti.
  • Roderick visited a domain in Virginia, where the presiding Invictus referred to him as a "War Hero" and a "Credit to the Requiem itself". Roderick helped the domain deal with hunters who plagued them, tracking them down and killing them in the most violent, bloody, and psychologically damaging manner he could.
  • Roderick recently began using the name 'Stahl', claiming it as his true name. Stahl is German for 'Steel'.
  • Roderick is also a part of an Invictus Special Forces unit made up of mostly Gangrel and Mekhet.
  • Roderick remained in Milwaukee after the large gather there for one week to facilitate the evacuation of the remaining members of the Invictus.
  • Stahl has never shied from a fight, but others of his city aren't so eager. He was unanimously removed from Praxis in February, after urging the Court towards a series of nigh-suicidal raids upon a sewer-dwelling group of serial diablerists.
  • There was only one serial diablerist in the Undercity, and Stahl faced him alone, bare handed, and returned victorious.
  • Rumored to have promised a visit to Oklahoma, and not just to see possible family.
  • Rod appears to be quite the Linguist. He's known to speak German, Spanish, and Gaelic fluently, and there are rumors he speaks a few other languages just as well.
  • Stahl and Bishop Angelique were at one point in time riding buddies. It is said she knows his true name but will never tell anyone upon a promise.
  • Rumored to be kinder than he seems. Very capable of soft speech, caresses, and making people very pliable to his will.
  • Stahl's rough edges are merely a facade created to entrance more friends and to throw off his enemies. He is truely a brilliant and marvelous tactician.
  • Stahl has been seen making various calls and changing plans trying to arrange a visit for someone. Who could this lucky lady be?
  • Rumored to have left gatherings in order to spend time with a certain female and show off his many skills and talents.
  • Rumored the Earl Stahl has recieved four gifts from Lord Archbishop Count Conrad Van Der Haas and a small letter that says only "from one collecter to another" 1 1952 Vincent "Black Shadow", 1 1982 Harley Davidson "Sturgis", 1 1932 Harley Davidson Model B, and the final piece...the one of a kind Harley Davidson Custom "Pandemonium"
  • Earl Stahl named one of the bikes gifted to him after Mistress Delilah Moorehead, a porn star and one of Stahl's long-time lovers.
  • Apparently Dix and Ramrod have started over a dozen races to find out who is the better rider. To date neither one has finished so the question remains unsettled.
  • Ataxia is the only kindred allowed to call Stahl "kiddo" on a regular basis and live.
  • Lost a race at his own speedway to his childe Samantha von Stahl, but did it on purpose because he still knows he can best her.
  • Is said to have women fighting over him to be their escort to the Grand Ballo at the Tennessee gathering in October.
  • There's a Rumor about he is trying to get the attention of a beautiful Japanese woman by offering her gifts.
  • In his spare time, Stahl likes to drive a Ford Pinto through Hickory, NC.
  • Stahl stole a writing pad from a mute because he thought something he said was funny, and wanted it in writing.
