Spiral's knowledge of the Occult is amazing. He is considered an Elder of the City and has been around as long as anyone can remember. Although he spent a long time in seclusion, he remained important to the city for his immense knowledge. After coming out of seclusion, he took the Mekhet Priscus seat. When the city was without leadership after the fall of Prince Desu, he took the Praxis and quickly moved to established a militia to be the first line of protection against the Brood, the Seven, and any other threat that would come to the city of Mount Pleasant.

The Ordo Dracul know him well...
